Established in 1960, Sertoma Star Services is a nationally accredited, not-for-profit agency that provides a wide array of services to children and adults with cognitive and/or physical disabilities within the communities of Northeast Will County and Southeast Cook County. Services include vocational training, job development and placement, development training, senior programming, therapeutic recreational services and respite services.  Our sheltered workshop employs 60 individuals, serving the packaging and light assembly needs of local businesses.  Our residential program serves individuals with disabilities in 12 small group homes, located within the communities of Crete, Steger and South Holland.
